Gift codes are here, and you now hear straight away when something happens to you.

Staff can now send you a gift code for petals, items or growth, and you redeem it on the website. You also get a direct message when you win a giveaway, receive a gift, or when a penalty or appeal is decided.

  You get a direct message when a penalty is logged for you, with a button to appeal it.

  You hear when your appeal is decided, with the note staff wrote.

• Hearing about it

  Giveaway winners and anyone who receives a gift now get a direct message.

• Hearing about it

  You can appeal a penalty straight from your record on the dashboard.

• Gift codes

  You can redeem gift codes on the new Redeem a code page. Find it at the bottom of every page under The Reserve. Type the code and petals, items or growth go straight to you.
