Rosa uses your Discord account. Your roles in our server decide what you can see here.

What signing in does, and does not do

Discord confirms you are you and hands us four things: your account id, your name, your avatar and the roles you hold in the Reserve. That is the whole of it.

We never see your password, your messages, your friends or your other servers. Discord does not give that out and we do not ask for it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anybody outside the Reserve.

What we keep is what an account needs to exist: without it there is nothing to attach your application, your characters or your record to. It is listed in full in the privacy notice, and you can have it removed.
