Staff can now send you a gift code for petals, items or growth, and you redeem it on the website. Rewards set aside for you, even before you join, land in your inventory once you’re on the registry.
Gift codes
You can redeem gift codes on the new Redeem a code page. Find it in your account menu. Type the code and petals, items or growth go straight to you.
Codes staff send you are waiting on that page too, each with its own button.
A code with growth gives you a growth code to use in game. Type !grow and the code in group chat while you play that species, just like any other growth code.
Rewards
Rewards from staff now go into your inventory once you’re on the registry. Staff can set petals and items aside for you, even before you join. They arrive once you’re registered and have linked your Alderon account.
You get a direct message when a reward arrives, saying what you got and why.
