Introduction

Hello! I'm Spyre (pronounced spire), and I'm a staff member here at Rosa! Ive been a member of the realism community for almost ten years, and have played on many different servers for different games. I started working on Rosa mid 2025, and it's been amazing to watch it and the community grow! I'm always around to answer questions and yap in general chat! Pings are welcomed, but please avoid DMing me for staff-related reasons!

A lot of the work I do for Rosa is behind the scenes, such as planning events, taking screenshots (such as profile dividers), and writing profiles. I've written or co-authored Deinocherius, Austroraptor, Tyrannotitan, Tyrannosaurus, Lambeosaurus, Metricanthosaurus, Latenivenatrix, and Torvosaurus!

Modding

I specialize in substance painter, creating skins and textures. Before I officially became a Pot modder, I did modding for ARK (and still do, on the occasion!) I have made a few original skins for Rosa; such as Veil, the first Pot skin I made myself! (pictured below)

Fun Facts About Me

• I currently have no ambassador creature, but I do have plans.
• My favorite POI on Riparia is Black Fern Hills.
• I love Monster Hunter, and when Stories 3 came out I played it for almost a week straight.
• Bird and reptiles are some of my favorite animals!
• I have 4 cats; ask me about them!
• I also play way too much Marvel Rivals (White Fox/Angela main)
• One of my favorite ways to play is to court or find others of my species naturally, without the use of discord to find a group. Im super excited to see how this goes with Rosa's familiar scent system!
• I play a lot of solitary species; some of my favorite creatures to play as are Tyrannotitan, Allosaurus, Tyrannosaurus, and Amargasaurus! (Yeah, one of these creatures is not like the others.)
• I'm majoring in game design in college, but I also have a huge interest in biology.
