Every sprout now has an RWR ID, and your page has a short link.
Your RWR ID
Every sprout has an RWR ID that never changes. Change your Discord or in-game name as often as you like: your RWR ID stays the same. Find it on your dashboard, and Rosa Wildlife Reserve sends it to you in a direct message.

Your sprout page has a short link: rwrid.app/ and your RWR ID. Press Copy link on your page to copy it. Each of your characters has one too, with its own number on the end.

Your sprout page now lives at your RWR ID. Your page’s address no longer changes when your name does, so a link to it keeps working. Old links with your name in them no longer open your page.

You can find a sprout by their RWR ID. Type it in the search on the sprouts list.

The registry
Your registry entry shows your RWR ID, linked to your page. Every entry in the registry channel was posted again with it.

An approved application now gets its own registry entry, with a congratulations.

Change your Discord username and your registry entry updates by itself. You’re pinged in the updated entry, so you can see it straight away.

When your Alderon details change, your entry shows what they were before. It also says when you were first registered.

Left the server by accident? Rejoin within 24 hours and you’re back as you were. You come off the game server straight away, but your registration waits a day before it’s cleared. Your characters and your page always stay.

Commenting, reacting and birthday wishes are for sprouts on the registry. The same goes for changes to your characters and pictures. You can always take down something you posted.

Copy link copies the link in one press, on your phone too. It replaces the Share button on sprout pages, characters, news and transcripts.

If staff pause a kind of ticket, the button tells you when to try again. Any note they left about why is right there with it.

Your birthday is just the day and month now. We no longer keep the year, and no age is shown anywhere. Your birthday message comes from Rosa Wildlife Reserve.
