What’s new

October 7, 2026

When something goes wrong on the site, a dinosaur is there to tell you what happened.

Every screen that stops you now has its own dinosaur, and each one says what happened and where to go next.

  • A dinosaur for every detour

A page you can’t open now tells you why. An ankylosaur holds up a no-entry sign and names the rank the page needs. Think it’s wrong? The page links to a ticket.

  • A dinosaur for every detour

A page that fails to load has a Parasaurolophus putting the signpost back up. Press Try again, or head back to the Reserve. Anything you saved is still there.

  • A dinosaur for every detour

If the whole site can’t load, a stegosaurus keeps a lantern lit in the fog. It gives you a reference to pass on to staff, and a way to try again.

  • A dinosaur for every detour

A part of the site that’s closed for an incident shows a Pachycephalosaurus at the fallen log. It says what’s affected, when it started and when we expect it back. Planned maintenance still has the construction crew.
