Tickets with long answers open properly now
If your answers to the ticket questions are very long, they're shortened in the first message so the ticket still opens with its buttons. Your full answers are saved.
Messages sent while Rosa Support was offline are in the transcript
When Rosa Support comes back online, it catches up on messages it missed in open tickets. Your transcript now has the whole conversation.

Ticket buttons open their questions right away
The questions for a new ticket now open at once, even on a busy day or just after the bot restarted. Before, a slow moment could end in "This interaction failed" and no ticket.
You're always sent to your new ticket
Once your ticket channel exists, you get a link to it, even if a later step goes wrong. Pressing the button twice no longer opens two tickets.
Buttons work again right after an update
Pressing a button on an older message, or while the bot restarts, no longer ends in "This interaction failed". A slow reply still arrives, and a button that no longer works tells you so.

Paused commands tell you what is going on
While we're fixing something, some commands can be paused. A paused command now tells you what's happening and what to do next, and nothing you were doing is lost.
The bot's status shows when something is being fixed
While there's a problem, the line under the bot's name in the member list says so. It goes back to normal by itself once the problem is over.

Your ticket says when it's waiting for staff
While you wait, the ticket says it's waiting for a staff member instead of showing the word "unclaimed".
You can still read your ticket after being removed
If you opened the ticket, you can still read it after you're removed, and the message now says so. Before, it wrongly said you'd lost the conversation.
You always get a link when your ticket closes
The message you get when your ticket closes sometimes failed to send, leaving you with nothing. It now always arrives with a link to read the conversation back.
Refusals say who can help instead
When a message turns you down, it now names the action and says who can take it. Before, it trailed off with "the staff member handling it can".
Ticket messages say which ticket they mean
Claiming, transferring, closing and the transcript notice now say which ticket they mean, so they still make sense when you read them back later.
Rosa Front Desk is now Rosa Support
The bot that runs your tickets has a new name. Opening, reading and getting help work exactly the same. Only the name on its messages and in the member list changed.

A ticket that fails to open no longer leaves an empty channel
If a ticket couldn't be saved, its channel used to stay behind with no ticket attached, and staff couldn't close it. Now the channel is removed and you're asked to try again.
Refusals now say what to do instead
Some refusals only said what wasn't allowed. They all now tell you who to ask.
Messages say "that egg" instead of "the selected egg"
About 90 messages said "the selected egg" or "the selected character" when you hadn't selected anything. They now say "that egg", like the rest of the Reserve.

Pins and joins in a ticket transcript say what happened
A pin, someone joining or a channel rename used to show up as an empty line in the transcript. Now it's written out, so the transcript reads like the channel did.
You can't unclaim a ticket you opened or were added to
If you opened a ticket or were added to it, you can no longer take it away from the staff member handling it. Ask in the channel if you'd like someone else to help.

Ticket confirmations say what happened to the ticket
Confirmations used to say just Added, Removed, Handed back or Transferred. They now say what happened to this ticket, and the button under a closed ticket says it opens the transcript.
Ticket messages say what happened and what's next
Closing a ticket used to reply just "Closed." Every message now names the ticket and says what changed and what happens next. A refusal says what you can't do and who can.
The opening message asks for what staff need
Your ticket's first message asks what happened, when, who else was involved and for anything that shows it. The more you share up front, the sooner someone can help.
An escalated ticket goes back to unclaimed
When a ticket is escalated, the claim is removed and the claim mark comes off the channel. That way the staff brought in can see nobody is handling it yet, and the ticket says so.

Ticket buttons name what they act on
The claim, unclaim, transfer and escalate buttons now say "ticket". The messages around them say plainly who claimed a ticket, who it went to and where to find the transcript.
Pictures posted in a ticket are saved with the ticket
Discord stops showing files posted in a ticket after about a day. Files are now saved with the ticket, so the transcript still shows them months later.

Trying to open a kind of ticket that's switched off used to say to turn it back on without saying which. The reply now names the kind of ticket.
Pictures from links stay in the transcript
When you post a link in a ticket, the preview picture is now saved with the ticket. Before, the transcript showed an empty box if the other site blocked the picture or took it down.
Clips, voice messages and files play in the transcript
Videos used to show up as a gray download link, and voice messages as a file name. Both now play in the transcript, and documents say what kind they are.
Linked screenshots are saved too, not just uploads
Pasting a Discord link to a picture now saves it the same way as uploading it. Link previews also show in the transcript the way they did in the channel.
A missing file in a transcript says why
Instead of "no longer available", the transcript now says whether a file was too large to save or copying it failed.
Messaging the bot gets you a dinosaur fact
Staff don't read the bot's direct messages, and the reply still says so. The reply now ends with a dinosaur fact.

Transcripts save messages as they're sent
Each message is saved the moment it's sent, so deleting it in Discord doesn't remove it from the transcript. That matters if there's a dispute later.
