Rosa Update: May 1, 2026
Need a hand? There’s a ticket for that now.
Help is one button away
You could open a ticket to talk to staff in private. Pressing the button on a ticket panel or running /new gave you your own channel with staff. Nobody else could read it.
Rosa Support
Some kinds of ticket asked a few questions first. That way staff knew what your ticket was about before they replied.
Rosa Support
You could see which staff member took your ticket. When someone claimed it, the channel showed who. You always knew who you were talking to.
Rosa Support
You could rate the help you got. When your ticket closed, you could give it one to five stars and leave a comment for the team.

Every word, on the record
Your transcript got its own page on the ticket site. The transcript button gave you a link to the whole conversation. It looked the way the channel did, with names, replies, pictures, videos, links and buttons.
Rosa Support
Only you and staff could open your transcript. That meant you, the staff for that kind of ticket, and server admins. Nobody else.
Rosa Support
Error pages on the ticket site said what went wrong. A sign-in that ran out or a page you couldn’t open got a plain explanation. A button on the same page sent the problem straight to our developer.
Rosa Support
The ticket bot and its site wore Rosa’s colors from the start. The bot went by Rosa Realism Tickets, and the site carried the Rosa logo and colors from the sign-in page onward.
