Rosa Update: October 4, 2026
Hello from the Reserve! There’s news, and now there’s a better way to hear it.
Catch up on what’s new
A What’s new window now shows the newest changelog post when you come back. It lists the highlights, with a link to the whole post. It shows once per post in each browser, then leaves you be.
Website
The changelog page now has a Changelog tab and a Patch notes tab. Changelog posts cover new features, and patch notes round up each month’s fixes. A third tab, Versions, has the exact version history.
Website
Changelog posts now go back to April 2026, when the Reserve started. Curious how it all began? The oldest posts cover the first Rosa bot and website, and the ticket system that followed in May.
Website
The changelog channel in Discord now gets a short summary of each post. You get the opening and a few highlights, with a button to the full post on the site. No more message for every single version.
Website · Rosa Terminal
Every post now has a Copy link button next to its date. Want to show a friend what changed? The link opens the page right at that post.
Website
Everything Rosa says, on the site and in the bots, is now friendlier, clearer and shorter. Buttons say what they do, and an error says what happened and what to do next. Rules, penalties and privacy wording mean exactly what they did before.

Characters and sprouts, front and center
Each of your characters now has its own edit page. Add pictures, write its story, keep private notes, rename it or retire it. You also choose which picture comes first.
Website
You can now give a character an age and post updates on how it’s doing. Ages run from Hatchling to Elderly, and an update can be an injury, an infection, hunger or growing up. When a character dies, you can record how.
Website · Rosa Conservatory
You can delete a character yourself within ten minutes of making it. Made one twice, or spotted a typo? That’s what this is for. A character nobody else is linked to can be deleted any time.
Website
Every sprout on the registry now has a page, from the day they’re registered. A page nobody has written on yet shows their registry details, their characters and their family trees.
Website · Rosa Terminal
You can pick three favorite characters to show first on your page. Press the star on a character on your own page. Favorites show in the order you picked them.
Website
The front page now shows a new random pick of character and sprout pages every day. A countdown says when the next draw is. To be in it, a page needs to be open to everybody and have a picture.

New in Discord
Meet Rosa Relay, a new bot that reads the chat aloud and writes voice chat down. It’s for anybody who can’t read the chat or hear voice while playing. Relay only joins when staff call it in, and the audio is deleted as soon as the words are written down.
Rosa Relay
You can now post an idea with /suggest, and everybody votes with two buttons. Add a picture and up to three tags if you like. When staff decide, the thread gets the decision and the reason.
Rosa Terminal
A status page now shows whether the website and the bots are working. Is it just you? Check rosarealism.com/status for today and the last 90 days, or type /status in Discord.
Website · Rosa Wildlife
A paused command now tells you what’s going on. While we fix a problem, you’re told what’s happening and what to do next, and nothing you were partway through is lost. Planned work is announced in Discord before it starts.

Passing the apex application now gives you the apex role within a few minutes. A penalty that bars apexes takes the role away while it runs, and the role comes back when it ends.
Rosa Terminal
The game server now names the penalty that’s keeping you out. It names the penalty and the rule. If staff overturn a penalty on appeal, your ban in Path of Titans ends at the same time.

Little extras around the Reserve
Every changelog post and month of patch notes now has a page of its own. A shared link always opens the post itself, and a busy month of patch notes shows its highlights first, with a button for every fix.
Website
Comments on sprout pages now have page numbers. Older comments are a page further on instead of disappearing after the first fifty.
Website
Uploading is easier everywhere: press the button, drop a file, or paste a screenshot. Send several pictures at once, each with its own caption and progress. Pictures can be up to 15 MB, and clips and documents up to 25 MB.
Website
Your dashboard, page, characters and tickets now share the same four tabs. You can search your tickets as you type. The ticket bot has a new name too: Rosa Front Desk is now Rosa Support.
Website · Rosa Support
You can now search the news and see it as a grid of cover pictures. Pages open faster as well, and a bar across the top shows when the next one is loading.
Website
You can email legal@rosarealism.com, and ask there for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted. It works even if you’ve left the Discord server, and a person answers. You sign in with Discord to confirm a data request, and the copy explains every record in plain English.
Website
The site now asks you once to confirm that you’re 13 or older. No date of birth is asked for or stored. Pressed the wrong answer? The next screen has a button to change it.
Website
Lost on the site? Inspector Spino now helps you find your way back. A page that doesn’t exist or won’t load shows a hand-drawn detective on the trail, and planned maintenance shows a construction crew at work. Each one tells you what happened and where to go next.
Website
While you’re banned, your page and characters stay up, but you can’t change them. That goes for the site and the bots. Anything that’s refused names the day the ban ends.
