Ticket buttons name what they act on

Claim, unclaim, transfer, and escalate now say "ticket" on the button, and the messages around them use plain words: who claimed a ticket, who it was transferred to, and where to read the transcript.

A picture posted in a ticket is kept with the ticket

Every file posted in a ticket was left where it was, and Discord stops serving that copy within a day. Files are now kept alongside the ticket, so a transcript read months later still shows what was sent.

Everything calls you a sprout now, because that is what you are

Your rank has said Sprouts since the day it was made, and every screen and every message still said member. One word for one thing is easier to trust than two.

A refusal names the kind of ticket it is about

Opening a ticket of a kind that is switched off used to say to turn it back on without saying what. The reply names the kind, so there is something to look for in the settings.

A picture from a link keeps working in a transcript

Post a link in a ticket and the picture that appears under it is now kept with the ticket. Before, the transcript pointed back at whoever else was hosting it, so it showed an empty box if that site blocked it and would have shown nothing at all once that site took the picture down.

Clips, voice messages and files play in the transcript

A video posted in a ticket used to become a gray download link, and a voice message was named after the file rather than what it is. Both now play where they were sent, and a document says what kind of document it is.

A screenshot you linked to is kept as well as one you uploaded

Pasting a Discord link to a picture is the same thing as dragging it in, and until now only one of the two outlived the day. Both are copied, and link previews appear in the transcript the way they did in the channel.

A missing file says why it is missing

Instead of "no longer available", a transcript now says whether something was too large to keep or whether copying it failed.

Writing to the bot gets you a fact

A direct message still explains that staff do not monitor the bot inbox. The reply now ends with a dinosaur fact instead of ending on a refusal.

An escalation says what it means

The notice says that the ticket has gone to more senior staff and what happens next, instead of naming an event and leaving you to work out whether it was good news.

A ticket staff opened with you says so

The opening message used to credit the sprout with starting a staff-created ticket. The message now names the staff member and the sprout.

Transcripts show what the bot said

Messages sent by Rosa Front Desk used to appear as blank lines. Bot replies now remain visible in the transcript.

The pin notice is gone

Every ticket used to open with a line of gray text saying the bot pinned something. True, useless, and the only part of the channel nobody chose.

The revive ticket is about revives

Appeals go through the website, where they belong.

A transcript written as it happens

Every message is recorded when it arrives, so deleting a Discord message does not remove the message from the transcript. Deleted messages often provide important context during a later dispute.
